Instead of a voucher per hotel with a fixed stay date, different rates in different currencies you purchase by credit card at our service center Best Reservations a Best Western Travel Card in credit card format. On this card we load overnight units for your planned trip duration. You purchase the card in one currency and need not to worry about exchange rates and values anymore.

Affordable:
For the overnight in one of the 1,200 Best Western Hotels in Europe there are only 8 rate categories depending on the hotel and destination. Each category is based on a number of units at € 21,00 each.
The overnight including breakfast for a double room costs between 3 and 9 units (or between € 63,00 and € 189,00). You decide how many units you want to spend per night, the required units per hotel you can find in the annually published "Atlas & Hotel Guide Europe".
The single room always costs one unit less than the double, for a third person in the room the cost is one unit more.
Flexible:
You can make your reservation for the Best Western Advance program either via our toll-free phone numbers, via our service center or at anyone of the Best Western Hotels.
This allows you to decide on the spot where you want to stay for how long. Whether a roundtrip through the Swiss Alps, the French provence or the Italian Tuscany, Scotland or Sweden....with Best Western Advance you can enjoy the flexibility of spontaneous decisions and at the same time the security of guaranteed standards and rates, local ambience and cordial hospitality of a Best Western Hotel.
Secure:
In case you do not use all units during your trip, you can either use them until the 31st of March of the following year or have the relevant amount reimbursed from our office.
In case of loss or theft we will transfer all remaining units to a new card for you.
